Below are the attributes that we, along with our fertility clinic, are looking for in a gestational carrier:

Age 45 or younger
BMI 32 or below
Must have had at least 1 live birth
- Maximum of 5 prior vaginal deliveries
- Maximum of 2 prior C-sections
Up-to-date with recommended immunizations
Willing to deliver at a hospital with a reputable NICU and trauma center
In the very unlikely scenario where baby is not expected to survive or have low/no quality of life, open to termination
